Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We always confirm via email that your item has been shipped.
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. It usually takes between 10 and 15 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. We deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Israel, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Russia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, at this moment we cannot accept orders coming from other countries not mentioned above. We highly value you our customers and try to do everything possible to make sure you are happy. If that means bending our policies in situations that merit it, you can be sure we will. We ship mainly from China, although in some cases you may be asked to choose the country we will ship your order from. Also, keep in mind that there may be import customs duties and taxes applied to your country on goods purchased online. You should check that yourself and be informed. As far as we are concerned, the total amount you pay to us is what you see on your screen when ordering from us.
